Wholistic fitness with Opa Hamilton integrates building strength-flexibility-stamina with nutritional choices and emotional balance. We understand more success is possible using a wholistic approach. You will identify your goals, and be assisted in developing a plan that fits you individually & design a practice that will accomplish the goals. We may be updating your current program or introducing you to new ways of becoming fit.
- Regular Fitness sessions $25.
- Sessions using the Explosive Fitness 7000 equipment (the most modern approach today) $50 first session, $30 for single sessions after, or $100 for four sessions. It is generally done three times a month and gets amazing results.
